About Mike Mulvey

Originally from Fairfield, Connecticut, Michael Mulvey is a devoted husband and father of four, now calling Jacksonville, Florida home.

As a high school English teacher, Michael also imparts his knowledge in a unique elective course, “Post-9/11 American Studies,” at both secondary and tertiary levels. He boasts a growing portfolio of published works, including “Worst Enemy” and “What Sound Does an Empty Nest Make,” featured in the Florida Writers Association’s April and August 2022 Newsletters, respectively. Additionally, his short story “Replacement Theory” was published in the winter edition of TheBeZine.

As an active member of the writing community, Michael is affiliated with the Florida Writer’s Association, River City Writer’s Group, and the Association of Writers and Writing Programs. He invites you to explore his work and share your thoughts, as he believes his writing should speak for itself.
